Knowing some details.. It is dumping fuel in the AL31. The pilot does that to get either good empty weight for landing or perfect weight to do the vertical...

The smoke is result of fast pumping into he reheat section without igniting the reheat cause it is a pretty heavy mixture...

Normal planes ad diesel (coloured) to the exhaust but this is surely not the case...
