I would expect that SAC would design a twin engined jet, if anything.
A couple of those designs seems to take inspiration from PAK-FA.

Description of the SAC Snowy Owl said that it looks like the F-35 and it has VTOL capability.

If it does use this design, then it is an air defense fighter

J-16 is a twin engined Flanker variant, not some F-35 with VTOL. I can direct you to the right person to ask if you want to know about it.

they are both Silent Flankers, and are 4+++ or 4.75 gen fighter yets, not trully 5th gen...

The J-16 is not the SAC 5th-generation fighter.

The J-16 is used to supplement the SAC stealth fighter and the J-20.
