With smallest load it is said the missile can hit 7000km at most. But it is such a large missile that it can't be placed in a submarine or a plane.

Pretty surprising achievement i must say. The accuracy of the missile is an issue.

True, but it is still shocking that a small country of 7 million not only has nukes, but now has this kind of missile technology.

Its pretty simple........isreal needs a defence against missile attack so it get the US to spends billions on developing a missile shield and then gets technolgy for free and tinkers about here and there and before you know it was an isreali missile shield.
