it's really pouring out there and the wind gust is quiet strong, too. Thankfully I dont live anywhere near the coastal areas.

If there is a humanitarian disaster I think the UN should send a relief force to New York and enforce order against looters, as the US government has clearly shown it is incapable of handling emergencies going by its previous record at Katrina.

Well said. They may have to call troops back will frontline experience perhaps Afghanistan. They will need hard nuts to deal with the gangs in New York. They are hard core apparently...i fear for them
