Invent the damn basic prototype engine that runs on water first. There are tons of application of mechanical energy then driving a car.

Theres simply too much energy required for it to simply be done on board. Im also not sure if an electric car could sound like that starting up?

Another theory could be that the Iranians have actually invented a new type of nuclear reactor that can fit inside an old Peugeot, would explain how this guy could overcome this kind of electrical requirement
