Iran can go to 20% in a matter of months & bring back the same stockpile with even greater SWU output to what it had before within a year!

Also, Under the JCPOA Iran can build as many Fuel Rods as it wants! No limit on how many fuel rods because the 300kg limit DOES NOT include Fuel Rods!
