Iran ready to mediate in Kashmir dispute says Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan.

Russia went against the resolution in the BRIC meeting when India proposed.
nope Russians point was that BRICS wasn't an appropriate forum for that and India didn't propose sanctions against masood in that BRICS meet that would be stupid since sanctions can only be enforced through UN.

Every one knows Russia did it in Goa BRIC summit.

Entire world can acknowledge Kashmir as discussed Property. However, none can interfere between Bilateral Issue between two countries. India-Pakistan needs to solve it bilaterally.
Talks should be result oriented if not mediation would be required to settle the dispute. It's a standard practice observed since ages.

Try to read REuters or AP than times of Bhindia, it'll help u get credible information.
US, France and UK were the ones who proposed declaring Masood Azhar as terrorist on behalf of India. Russia was'nt part of the proposal and China blocked it. Russia and China have been coordinating closely on many issues from Ukraine to other issues of difference with western powers.

If Russia had joined the other three UNSC permanent members to propose Masood Azhar’s inclusion in the list of international terrorists it would have isolated China more dramatically. Ironically, while the US and UK especially, and to a lesser extent France, have, despite their traditional ties with Pakistan, moved to pressure Pakistan to curb its well-known terrorist figures, Russia with no such ties and a past victim of massive geo-strategic and physical blows at Pakistan’s hands in Afghanistan has stood apart.

This is not surprising because Russia has, even in joint statements with us, agreed to references to terrorism that exclude implicit finger-pointing at Pakistan. The October 2016 summit statement, for instance, omits any reference to cross-border terrorism, the Mumbai, Pathankot or Uri attacks, or even LeT and JeM. Russia’s reticence in directly condemning Pakistan’s promotion of terrorism precedes, in fact, the marked deterioration of its relations with the US and its more willing embrace of China in self-interest.

Despite its vulnerability to Islamic terrorism and the geopolitical necessity to prevent Islamic radicalism from spreading in Central Asia from the Af-Pak region, it has treated Pakistan with consideration. Under the Obama administration, Russia and the US have had harsh stand-offs in the UNSC.

Well the man is wanted for attacks against our country. So what's the problem?

China blocks it because it knows that that's the only way it can irritate India into petty politics.

It is surprising considering the fact that China itself is a victim of jihadi radicalism; which it ruthlessly clamps down without letting anyone know.
