Iran and Pakistan: Terrorism States or Victims of Terrorism?

when we talk about India an unstable country of 20 insurgencies armed with nukes comes to mind. That hypothetically is more dangerous than Iran + Pakistan combined.

It depend on how you define terrorism:
1. anybody against US, Which is the common definition these days.
2. Any partisan who use explosives and non symmetric strategies against a superior army. then you should consider the movements like Free French Forces in world war II as terrorist group.
3. anyone who uses force and arm or inappropriate force in an illegitimate ground for terrorizing others and gain extra benefits or illegal advantages. You could decide who are they!

1- you cannot say this
kurds terrorist groups mek/ncri rajavi ...there are terrorist groups for the americans and it is good that they consider such groups as terrorists
when in Europe these groups are protected
2- this is a good point
here they spoke about it. is it terrorism or liberation movment?
big big question
especially when you know that hezbollah (lebanon) is considered terrorist when they fight for protecting their country
attacked many times by israeli forces (even i am not fan of hezbollah that is something wrong with definition like you say)
3- mostly they consider terrorist because they attack civilians

Iran is providing help for many groups. some of them could be considered as terrorists.
USA is providing help to some groups much more smartly , groups who can be considered as terrorists. for exemple: when USA was helping the south america countries dictators to kill their own citizens: it was a terrorist act
But most americans they know and condemn it... hopefully

my friend, about what said or not Jundollah leaders i would not trust what they say because in Iran people are tortured in jails. you can make say everything from anybody.
And i am sad this happened so fast that we didn't discover the truth about it...

Because our citizens should know who is supporting so many groups who attack our country.

when we talk about India an unstable country of sevral insurgencies armed with nukes comes to mind. A very real threat of nuclear war with this neighbouring rival, expansionist ambitions and illegal occupation as well annexation of sovergien terrioteries.

aleikom al salam buddy,
1.The first definition was a sarcasm, united state uses terrorism as a label against his enemy. But you got the point, not all the terrorist groups are in odd with them. I agree with you. (about Rajavi however, I heard they got issues with united state as well as Iran because of their communist nature but US using them as tools against Iran.)
2. I have read about it. In fact, defining terrorism is a dilemma in international law.
These words usually are used as labels. It depend from which side you are looking at it. If Germans had won the war they would call that groups terrorists. Like casualties, when they are in your sides, they are martyr, When they belong to other side, I don't know.
3. There exist some definitions in international law's texts but as you indicated they don't solve the ambiguity. legitimate/illegitimate, fair/unfair, civilian/soldier,... relativity is the key point for finding a meaning for these terms.

Both Iran and Pakistan are the victims of the US foreign policy which is a form of state terrorism. The US is determined to use every available means, including terrorism, to ensure the continuity of its hegemony in the Muslim world. CIA is always there for sponsoring terrorism.
