Excellent news Sab da :tup::tup::tup:

One big reason why such a venture will succeed and not go the way of the " Premier Hockey League " is because ....Football already has a strong viewership in Bengal, Goa , Kerala, Sikkim and the entire North East . Hopefully the marketing strategies are good and manage to generate spectator interest across the northern belt and hopefully the funds and sponsorship are not a concern..

Wonderful news. We need a more variety in sports. :tup:

According to Ananda Bazar Patrika, The largest selling Bengali daily, Pablo Sorin has signed to play in PLS. Sorin (35) was captain of Argentina in 2006. Yet to confirm it from any other souce. If anyone find any other link please post....

It is time to promote all games apart from cricket as if that is the only game that India plays.

Likewise, it should be done for hockey.
