What's new

Indian Navy building 46 warships: Vice Admiral

Interesting !!! Any source for that ???
Well afaik, lockheed martin and Hyundai has jointly offered aegis system for P-17A frigates in a responce to RFI from Indian navy. Though we'll go for that or not is another question.

no aegis must be used.

make an indigenous aesa for navy and indigenous combat system

delegate the software part to private industry

1 Aircraft Carrier(40000-45000 tons), 3 AESA destroyers, 3 more SSBNs, 6 Scorpene Submarines, 12 ASW Corvettes(3000 tons), 9 OPVs(2500 tons) and other vessels. Also soon work on 7 'Possible' Aegis Frigates(6200 tons) will be started along with 4 improved AESA destroyers(8000 tons).

lol dreaming is nice isn't it.

Even in your dreams those won't be ready until 2040.

In reality none of these will get completed, just the usual boasting and eventual failure. Typical.

I know you are just a plain butt hurt but then again let me hurt you more. Infact 1 SSBN, 1 AESA destroyer, and 1 ASW corvette are completed and will be commisioned soon, while 2 OPVs are commisioned recently and rest are being built. next time don't talk like a slave CCP bot.

How do you know man? You seem new here. Or was it taught in the orientation class?

Good News!

But we need to improve our ship building capacity ,given the fact that we got huge labour force at our disposal. we should utilize every bit of it.
