c'mon man. The US Navy ha made embarassing mistakes and I am pretty sure the US is a "supa powa." Also remember the PNS Ghazi supposedly sank due to human error. Soldiers and sailors are human and humans make mistakes. The only problem is that in this line of work mistakes have deadly consequences.

Here we are not talking about the human error on the part of the operator (soldiers) rather the poor quality and maintenance mate. I don't remember any such incident from US rather US machines are pretty reliable but if you disagree show us some evidence.
