The peculiar design patterns used in the construction of Indian Air Bases, makes them obvious from the air, more so the Hardened Aircraft Shelters (HAS) and the dispersal areas.
Also as one PAF guy pointed out to me, the aircraft shelters are open from both ends.

Masroor looks like a fort compared to these!!!

for some reason, these hangars and shelters look much more visible from roughly an altitude of 1.5 km, as compared to PAF bases. Maybe it's just the kind of material of shelter and taxiway (much more brighter) and clearance of the taxiway.

Sunny Jim adding these Pix wont add any Iota of Value or Make any difference to us.

Nor giving these Pix make even allow any civlian to set a foot in Santised area or Perimeter 2 of AFSec
Nor pasting these here will make PAF EVEN set a Foot on Indian Soil.....

PAF has these and evey day our Spy SAts take 100s more....

Mr Charlie, meet Uncle Google......Uncle Google, meet Mr Charlie.....the first line of Indian defence. !!

We have even more highly detailed photos of indian installations than these, we get upgraded pictures every couple of hours, we also get SAR pictures that can see through cloud and bad weather. These pictures are used by vendors including the armed forces.

I think there might be some good reasons because of which IAF use such design, which we are not aware of ? or may be there might be underground tunnels beneath these base's ?

btw.....What you think should be good design's for Air force bases ? Or some bases which can't be seen obviously(or hard to figure) from air!

Some pic's or example?

Thanks.

Back when Israel attacked the Iraqi nuclear installations, they acquired satellite imagery of those areas, even though they had no satellites of their own back then.

It was later revealed that the US provided them with those sat images...now i'm hoping you can connect the dots here in Pakistan's case.

Its not the same case. Anything like that won't happen in your case, that other country won't do it especially when both nations want more trade and peace.

In an idealistic world, your comment might have had a hint of truth.

Are you really that naive?
