According to World Bank:

According to the data you posted (thanks for the official link from government site http://indiabudget.nic.in/es2014-15/estat1.pdf ), it became $1,390 (INR 88,533; I suppose US$:INR = 63.74 is the prevailing exchange rate am I correct?) i.e. negative growth of 7.2%

In the other thread posted Pakistan is $1,513 has surpassed India by 8.8%, second only to Sri Lanka in South Asia.
While also in the other thread posted Bangladesh is now $1,314 which is only 5.5% behind India.
Let's us further verify these numbers.

People tend to ignore the how much Indian currency has tanked in recent years. But in rupees India's GDP has been increasing as you can see from official source.

Troll according to world bank,IMF Indian economy today is 2.3 trillion with per capita income of 1800$+, why you quoting 2013 number, look like you want to be another riazhaq
