Inappropriate Sectioning /Hierarchy .....

I was thinking of posting about that suggestion about the inappropriate division of subtopics in forum from long but after recent post i thought it should be bought in sight of concerned ones .Like in the below image India won the match by 9-0 it has nothing to do with Pakistan's Affair So there should be a separate division for sports like World sports so that anyone can post any thing related to sports while in ongoing case ,sports is sub grouped in Pakistan's Affairs
So Mods and Administrators kindly have a look on that suggestion .
