How will PN protect its assets?
A single squadron of Mirage 5 fighters (12-18) to protect the so called naval blockade of its 2 submarines and at max 6 frigates.
The same squadron protects the other submarine at Ormara which is the new base for PN subs.
The same squadron protects naval assets off Karachi which will attempt to bombard Gujarat Coast.
The same squadron protects supply line to the impossible to create naval blockade
The same squadron will protect subs travelling to and from Ormara as PN has no nuke subs only diesel subs which can at max operate for 40 days at sea.
Whereas a single INS CBG can effectively neutralise all PN assets.

PN is moving its subs to western part of Pakistan and there is a reason for that, also PN don't need mirages all the time to provide air attack capability, in western side PN can operate under cover of PAF assets deployed there, remember P-3s don't have to be primary air attack assets there, other MPAs & attack helos can do that too near Strait of Hormuz, there our MRTP-33 with anti ship missiles will be very potent threat as they are very stealthy

Also if a Mirage 5 were to engage a Harrier in the Arabian sea it will only have limited combat time as it has to return to base to refuel and it will face Barak SAM constantly.

nope, M-V have much longer range then M-IIIs and how your 70 km SAM will protect Harrier far from fleet??

Your comments shows that you have not seen documentary on TV about those engagements and why Harriers won and it was also said that it will never happen again as all air forces will take note from those.

Stop this nonsense about some random TV documentary.Harriers are superior in both BVR & WVR .How would you make sure that this wont happen again ?

Fucktard, have you seen the map I gave you? three submarines, couple of ships, coastal batteries would be more than enough to block india's oil supply through persian gulf.
Stop being a retarded piss drinking hindu and understand things.

This is what they can't understand, and they say they will send their CBG there, close to that area it will be sitting duck to PN & PAF combined.

No, they are not, and if they were then why all operators are retiring them?? reality is that they are obsolete.

Again, there it goes. Our CBG have enough Air Defense Systems & Air Arm to counter what PN &PAF would have.

Is that some kind of Joke ? How does Grifo Radar compare with elta 2032 ?About WVR ,Harriers capability to vector its thrust speaks for itself. What about Mirage III?Every user is retiring those .

Last time there was one sub that became a nightmare for the Indian AC- imagine 5-6 just to hunt indian AC and anything in the way- I believe it will remain docked like it precedessor did--

Once we have a nuclear sub game is over- detterence will be achieved- again say bye bye to Blockade-
Once, ifs, buts,

Hahaha...

You said Mirage 5 can beat Harrier.
For that Mirage 5 comes very close to CBG.
Barak has 70km range and will down the Mirage
We have much much longer range SAM than Barak which is for ship defences less than offences.

Mirages can launch their missiles from 100 km range so they can avoid barak SAM, also near strait of Hormuz air launched missiles can be launched from helos to attack aggressive forces, its not necessary that PN need PAF all the time to attack IN.

Navy is the most important wing of the armed forces in any given past, present or future. A developed and lethal navy will automatically broaden Pakistan's options during any given conflict.

The British, the Spaniards, the Arabs and now the US.....all of them have been successful in their respective endeavours due to strong navies. And now we see China and India building up their navies too.

Pakistan unfortunately has some other plans...there is the political angle as well which comes into play. Army is very much actively involved in the politics throughout our history and hold immense power....therefore the wings are kind of neglected as compared to the Army. ...jis ki lathi uski bhens.

Pakistan will definitely suffer in any future conventional conflict due to a weak navy.

PS. Pakistan Navy is weak equipment wise....the training and quality of men serving is one of the best. For instance here in KSA(Khobar and Dhahran) most of the trainers employed by Saudi navy are Pakistanis....who are well known for their strict standards.
