How China brings clean drinking water, electricity, broadband to every household of her 1.4 billion population

A topographic map shows how impossible for China to achieve this goal comparing with other countries, all these facilities have to be built across the world highest and longest mountian chains and vast deserts.

US media claimed many people " mssing" in China, including Xi jinping.
This is not U.S. media. It is the Chinese Company itself saying their Chairman has disappeared.
The board of directors (the “Board”) of China Renaissance Holdings Limited (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) notes that the Company has been unable to contact Mr. Bao Fan (“Mr. Bao”), Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and the controlling shareholder of the Company

Then what made you think the government knows it and it is not his personal issue?

This paragraph:
Bao’s disappearance is now raising concerns over a possible renewed crackdown on China’s finance industry as President Xi Jinping persists in his long-standing crusade against corruption.

Also, not from U.S. media:
Chinese entrepreneur Jack Ma has been living in Tokyo for nearly six months, after Beijing’s crackdown on the technology sector, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.

People going missing in China is pretty common and part of Human Rights with Chinese characteristics.

Jack Ma used to be reported by foreign media for being detained by the government, and only being found in a wine party in Hong kong later. stop speculating without any evidence, that will make jokes like that one claiming Xi was arrested by PLA not long ago.

see who is talking...lol
