A quality / sample service through its official outlets can be good way to enhance good image of armed forces. Army Selection and Recruitment Centers, seem to be ill equipped or understaffed for such tasks. I hear many youth mentioning "wo kissi ki nahain suntay" - "calls are never responded" and related attitude. Anyone here having experience of work at army recruitment centers can advice on how far these allegations are correct or wrong and how can these be advanced to state of the art, 24/7 call centers type of modern facility quoted as reference in Public service.
