Level 1: By not trolling and by not feeding the professional trolls.

Level 2:Reading what Think Tank Consultants or Professionals are posting and trying to comprehend their assessment.

Level 3.:By reading a lot of Books on academic subjects and try to apply the knowledge when commenting on a specific subject matter.

Level 4. By Writing articles on serious Technical/political/Historical issues.

If average members like myself just follow level 1 and level 2, this forum will be heaven. Level 3 and 4 are solely up to us if we choose to follow it or not.

I think PDF needs a change in its design outlay.The design outlay is long overdue.Lot of unused space on the page like the two green blank bands on the both sides of the page.Takes some scrolling to reach the popular posts.
