Grenade attacks are sign of desperation.

As per an American diplomat's observation on kashmir, IEDs and grenade attacks were avoided in the past by militants due to fears of heavier civilian death toll.

if the attacks were successful pakistanis here would have had a party for taking revenge of the LeT commander's death.... unfortunately their dreams and hopes are vanishing day be day
