it should have touched US$1bln by now
Yeah man.
India with all the international links and much larger industry could only touch 1.6 billion.
Quarter of a billion for Pakistan is very good.

Bad example. Israel being tiny to us Turkey altough being similar to us has much higher defence exports. We r not even compareable. So we should target billions in defebce export and should not compare ourselves with indiots

we need to do alot of research or private companies who work with Gov to produces advance products to compete international market. we are only buying (consumer) who will buy from us when we rely on imports for example JF 17 we compare with f16 but we will not leave 1 sec to buy any f16.
we have to depend fully on our industry.

Sure . Also look at the international support they got?

Again isn't this just an excuse. Isnt this international support is due to successful diplomacy? In case of turkey even that support is not available. Lets focus on what can be done approach rather than on excuses of not achieving our potential.

Peanuts. We are not capturing enough market share. Yaar ameer nahi le raha to ghareeb ko hi bech lo. Kuch to karo. Pese kamo millionairo as azad chaiwala says.

Yes and also look at results?
How much money spent on Tejas and how much in Thunder?
Which one got exported?
Learn to appreciate.

Why you doing this to us? @The Accountant give Example of Israel, you said look at support tgey got from world and my comment was on that context. Regarding israels R&D. Read again. Last i checked Tejas is still an Indian project, not Israeli.
