I think this one is recent one as Gen. Hameed Gull talked of Natural Disaster that Pakistan is currently going through. In that view this shouldn't be many days old.

I apologizes if this was posted before but my assessment said it is recent one. Anyway, its always interesting to listen to this great General, the one that pinches our "friends" somewhere deep and hard.
