Gaza-Israel Conflict | October 2023

This man is from a family of true patriots; fought the nazis and stood up for the values of equality.

Actually, Muslims are fighting and killing each other right from the beginning of Islam and they were never able to solve their problems peacefully.

The issue of Palestine and Israel is also not going to be ever solved till Hamas is present there with its so-called Islamic Jihad.

Your argument is pointless. The westerns were killing each other since dawn of known history .

At least Muslims didn't commit genocide against themselves in past 100 years ....

This issue won't get solved till the Zion regim get destroyed....

Let's hope the Iranians don't get slaughtered like the Palestinians.

IRGC: Israeli war spillover likely; Iran, at zenith of power, prepared for all scenarios

Brigadier General Amir-Ali Hajizadeh, commander of the IRGC’s Aerospace Division,
A top commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) says the Israeli regime’s war on Gaza is likely to spill over to the rest of the region, stressing that Iran is at the peak of its power and is fully prepared for all circumstances.
Hajizadeh made the remarks on Monday on the sidelines of a ceremony to commemorate the 12th martyrdom anniversary of Hassan Tehrani Moqaddam, a general known for his relentless efforts to develop Iran’s missile program.
Tehrani Moqaddam, an IRGC commander, was a key figure in developing Iran’s ballistic missile program. He helped develop the medium and long-range ballistic missiles. An engineer by profession, he designed the Shahab, Ghadr and Sejjil missiles with a range of over 1,000 kilometers.
“The war has been expanded, and Lebanon is also involved. The extent of conflicts may increase even more…but Iran is ready for all circumstances,” he said.
He said the Americans are not a threaten to Iran, citing recent messages they sent to the Islamic Republic which he said used the “language of request.”
Iran is the top power in the region and no one is capable of threatening it, the top IRGC commander asserted.
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said last week that Tehran has received a new message from Washington claiming that the US seeks a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

“The Americans … delivered a message to us in the past three days (claiming) that they are after ceasefire and have carried out efforts in this regard,” said Amir-Abdollahian, adding that “they, however, back mass killing and genocide” of people in Gaza.
'Israeli child-killing nature'
Elsewhere in his remarks, Hajizadeh said the Palestinians’ victories cannot be overshadowed by Israel’s criminal operations, adding that the regime’s onslaught in Gaza is now an international issue.
He emphasized that all nations across the world are now aware of the Tel Aviv regime’s criminal nature and its atrocities as repeatedly called out by Iranian officials over the past 40 years.
“The child-killing nature and the depth of the Israeli regime’s crimes are now clear to all but it will not survive for a long time,” the IRGC commander said.
He lauded the Palestinian fighters’ “big strategic victory” in the face of the Israeli regime.
“This victory will not be annihilated at all through the Zionist regime’s tactical measures and criminal operations as well as the martyrdom of children,” Hajizadeh said, stressing that the Palestinian people would achieve a final definite victory.
Israel waged the bloody war on Gaza on October 7 after the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas launched Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the occupying entity.
The Palestinian death toll from Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip has climbed to 11,180, including 4,609 children and 3,100 women. More than 28,000 others injured in the regime’s military onslaught so far.
At least 22 hospitals and 49 health centers have ceased operations in Gaza due to Israeli attacks and a shortage of fuel needed to operate power generators.

Unidentified gunmen have opened fire on a Jewish school in Montreal, Canada. The incident took place on Sunday and follows an earlier attack on the same institution last Thursday.

According to the Canadian national broadcaster CBC, bullet impact marks were discovered on the facade of Yeshiva Gedola of Montreal, and shell casings were also found on the ground nearby. No one was injured.

Police told the press that they had received several calls about gunshots in the area around 5am. Witnesses said they had seen a vehicle fleeing the scene at the time of the shooting, but no arrests have yet been made, the news agency reported.

Lionel Perez, a spokesman for the school, described the incident as a “terrorist attack,” and called for an increased police presence at Jewish establishments.

On Thursday, the same facility was also targeted by unidentified gunmen, alongside another Jewish institution in the neighborhood, the Talmud Torah elementary school.

The incidents come as Israel continues retaliatory airstrikes on Gaza following an attack by Palestinian militant group Hamas on October 7. According to police, 73 acts of hate were recorded against the Jewish community in the following month, and 25 against the Muslim community, local media reported.

Commenting on Sunday’s shooting, Mayer Feig, a member of the Council of Hasidic Jews of Quebec, said such actions are intended to intimidate the community, adding that “there’s a conflict going on thousands of miles away, don’t bring it here,” CBC reported.

Following the incidents, the Combined Jewish Appeal (CJA) called for the hiring of off-duty officers to guard Jewish schools and synagogues. The organization is “urgently requesting” that the prime minister meets with federal intelligence and national law enforcement officials “to determine the threat level.”

Mayor of Montreal Valerie Plante called for a “fight against anti-Semitism,” adding that all residents “have the right to feel safe.”

Anti-Semitism in Canada has increased since the Gaza conflict broke out, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said a few weeks ago.

However, other countries have also reported recent attacks on Jewish institutions. In Germany, Molotov cocktails were thrown at a synagogue. In Austria, a Jewish cemetery was torched and vandalized with Nazi symbols. In France, up to 20 Jewish schools were evacuated due to bomb threats, although no explosives were found.

You know that he is history. You know that they where windows of opportunities opened to solve this in the past .

The main reason i was always against him , is that his rise to power was him using the Fact that Hamas was blowing up buses , to gain popularity after the Oslo accords.

But this is history now , we will not solve a conflict that has been going on for 70 years in a few months. Right now what we can do is somehow stabilize the situation , and enable the two potulations to co-exist until a permanent peace solution can be found,

In Israeli it is true that we are devided on how to solve it.

But if you can give people assurances that their security would be guranteed , than people stand would shift again , and we will have a majority to try another peace process, This is the only way to do it in a democracy,

With Hamas it is a diffrent situation. It is not a democracy and there will be no shift in ideoligy .He has made it clear their intention is to destroy my country, They also made it clear they are willing to to exteme messure , at all cost to achieve that.

So again i ask , how can you gurentee this does not happen to us again , in a year or two , as long as Hamas rules Gaza ?

How can you expect people in Israel to gamble on another peace process when you can not gurentee this does not happen again , not to mention would most likely happen again if we fail to take action.

Isaac Herzog challenged on air strikes and says Mein Kampf found on Hamas fighterClose

Israel's president Isaac Herzog says a copy of Hitler's book Mein Kampf was found on the body of a Hamas operative at a base they were using in northern Gaza.
He said it showed that some in Hamas were researching Hitler's anti-semitic ideology.
Asked by the BBC's Laura Kuenssberg if Israel's response to the attack by Hamas on 7 October has become disproportionate, Herzog said that "first and foremost we defend ourselves".
He said Israel was conducting its operations in Gaza "according to the rules of international humanitarian law" and it warned civilians of strike targets in advance.
He acknowledged that there had been civilian deaths in Gaza but blamed Hamas for many of the tragedies there.
