It's a joke to think that charity can build dams when the cost can easily run we;ll over $10s of billions. But first I was like thinking 'what dumb people' but now I think this is a smart idea. While charity will never raise money for the dams but it creates awareness anb political pressure to build them and this might push those in power to build dams asap.Like we had 'motorway mania' under Nawaz we now need 'dam mania', 'school mania, 'hospital mania'.
