When a young lad is inducted in military he is called gentleman, gentleman cadet. But when he reaches the highest position he is called general. This whole hierarchy is upside down.

And then in between of it, there is a conflicting rank viz. 'major general'. How can a thing be major and general at the same time.

Origin of this hierarchy has many patent inventions but origin of many of those inventions lie somewhere else. If they had learnt how to arrange and name the ranks of military.

Secondly, many odd things were considered normal in the past but have changed now. Can we change these things and think about it.

He cannot get comissioned until he passes that stage of gentleman, which is laid as the basis of his career and the initial step to start a career.

Obviously, it takes a very long time to beat every last vestige of gentlemanliness out of a Cadet to make him a General. :D

When is the property selling and buying license provided
Any record of how many plots and property are issued to gentleman or Janrail ?

It seems alot of Property worth 25 crore ending up being sold by higher uppers per property (About 1-2 million earned)

I used to think people are allocated 1 plot max or home but it seems the higher uppers have considerable "investment derived" from regular deals in Property Sector

For record average Pakistani can only afford 1 small plot in life time , that is they save all their life and can buy only 1 plot which most of time is taken over by Property Mafia (No Army) but another mafia

Why more than 70% of our gentlemen come from Punjab only? Rest of 15% from KPK? And rest of country produces only less than 5% of it?

Please share my view was only 1 plot is allotted which is of reasonable size

If any Military office or his immediate family has more the 1 Acre Plot and Multiple properties should be disclosed who owns how much land

A typical Pakistani can't even buy 1 acre land

Don't derail the thread Imran Khan has nothing to do with it

1- Disclosure should be Military personnel and Land ownership and Property
2- Immediate Family who may have benefitted from $ financial gains
3- How many Janrail have moved oversea and how much $$ on average they transferred out of country

Typical allotment is for small piece of land for serving officer based on service

Everytime I see a Ex Janrail , Cornail family( colonel) they are often based in UK and UK living in multi million dollar homes

Never seen a Janrail or Cornail ( colonel) running a small shawarma store business or coffee shop

Pakistan is in the firm grip of criminal Generals and nothing can be done. Only a miracle can save Pakistan now.

Lack of transparency exist
A desire to keep status Quo same , let it be if the Bank balance keeps rising

Now once the Country will default all that bank balance will vanish overnight

Except for the money hoarded in Dubai by elite of Pakistan

If someone asks for Transparency , Bajwa ki tarhan Langra Am wala face ban jata hai
