Rafale! Very simplistic in looks :)

Pakistani pilots were very impressed by the control stick design and features as they are similar to F16.

i wonder why, why two stick in rafale? not so impressive to me (in pictures at least)
 



i don't like this, because 2 mfd one 1 side and 1 on the on the other, the gap between the mfd is not in center, there is no center (like jf-17). so this gives me a feeling or illusion as if one side is heavier. but i like that the rear cockpit is higher than the front seat, this gives the rear pilot a full view and full HUD. I like this.
 


Are those shades on top of MFDs?

Because i don't see those in many aircraft cockpits.

Seem to block/hinder Pilot's view......but i guess LCDs aren't that fun in the sun anyway.
