The NATO Forces & ANA have failed to wind down, contain the WOT inside Afghanistan; and it has expanded all over Afghanistan. It's initial focus was the Eastern Afghanistan, but now, the conflict has expanded to all regions of Afghanistan, especially North & Western Afghanistan. Even if the Taliban fail to overthrow the Karzai government, Afghanistan will remain in a state of turmoil and conflict; & will be biggest loser.

These are some of the attacks in various regions in Afghanistan in the last 10 days (Note: all of these headlines are taken from non-Taliban sources. I can post all the links if you want).

Notice how no region of Afghanistan is free from the militancy as a result of the WOT, & while the initial focus of the WOT was the Pashtun (Taliban) dominated regions, the blowback has been felt hard in non-Pashtun regions as well:

As the recruiting power of the Taliban is strong, no matter how many fighters the ANA kill, their efforts will be futile: Afghanistan will be in an eternal state of war & turmoil, and Afghanistan is the biggest loser from the WOT. There is no armed resolution to an ideological conflict.
