Saab2000 has nearly 360 degrees (just as much as 737) and also 450+ km. It has a radar that works a lot better in hostile environment compared to that 737 Wedgy. The normal flight time is around 9 hours and it is possible to add some more fuel. Saab needs shorter runway, will perform better in hot and high conditions, needs less spare parts, and can loiter a lot longer in certain area (slower stall speed). no refueling though but I would not add refeuling to 9+ hours... A crew must be changed (even if they have spare crew onboard) and CAP planes need to replaced sooner or later.
