Recently hear interview of Richard A. Clarke author of most famous book Cyber war and adviser to ex-US president.
In his interview he pointed few very interesting scenario, which like to share with reader and its importance in modern day war scenario.Where these decision very helpful to avoid collateral damages and plus gives offense enough time to strike the target.
1. Richard said in his interview, during recent Iraq invasion. US cyber warning system sent message to Iraqi officers to step away from their weapon, before attack was launched. Every Iraqi officer got email on their computer or any personal messaging device. Next day non of military personal stand near their weapon they took down their uniform and walk away.
2. The most amazing example is Israel attack on Syrian nuke facility. How they jam the whole defence network. While the planes were flying over head but nothing on their radar and whole defence network was hacked by Isreali hackers and defence was sitting ducks.
These two example show the importance of a " Goodness of cyber war" where the human life was save and targets were destroyed without damaging any civilian premises.
Pakistani armed forces ever think in this direction?. Majority case airforce plays vital role in these type of precision strikes.

If someone wants to buy the book.
