Yeh, $100billion a year for 10 years is unlikely. But if Russia comes aboard with a few other countries like KSA and Turkey and the ADB then yes it is possible because we have had 4 years of $10billion a year from China already so just need another 6 years of $10billio a year to achieve $100 Billion.
