What's new

Congratulations liberals, for another self-goal in forcing Bloomsbury on Delhi riots book

There is the letter of the law, and there is the spirit of the law. Merely hiding behind the shade of the letter of the law is not much of a defence. We all know what is going on.

Let me list them:
  • Bearer bonds for political finance: Undoing all the efforts of the Election Commission's struggle to bring about transparency in political funding;
  • Demonetisation - a decision taken by an individual without the Cabinet being even involved, even at a conversational level, with the RBI sidelined;
  • The use of the Army as contract labour without a contract, for a crooked Godman's Yoga celebration
  • Art. 370: Proven again and again, and with a Supreme Court verdict stating clearly that it was impossible to legally remove this enabling act, anomalous though it was;
  • Art. 35A: Removed though even BJP-ruled states have similar clauses;
  • Purchase of MLAs with large sums of money, as a substitute for winning elections;
  • The Rafale purchase: with all its preposterous arithmetic, presented to the nation as a patriot act, and an act opposition to which was tantamount to treason;
  • Assignment of the Rafale offset programme to an inexperienced company set up almost overnight;
  • The killings of rationalists and secularist intellectuals, as the culmination of a long campaign to impugn them and their work;
  • CAA and the NRC, and the blatant move to create second class citizens;
  • The destruction of the integrity of Supreme Court through false sexual harrassment charges against the Chief Justice;
  • The witch-hunt of the Tableeghi idiots;
  • Kafeel Khan; no need to add a word to his name, the entire episode is germane;
  • The sidelining of the dissident Election Commissioner;
Can we seriously claim that these were entirely unconnected event?

@Joe Shearer , @jamahir guys you know what ignorant fanatics do when they lose the argument, they revert to their animal side. So I suggest you guys make sure your cyber identity cannot be traced back to your actual. I am speaking out of experience of dealing with fanatics. Whichever religion, whichever country they are, they are scum inside.

Preferably change your browser to TOR urgently.

actions they takes.

Islamophobic, and anti-constitutional, a complete negation of the rule of law, with a Chief Minister announcing a campaign for the killing out of hand, without arraignment, without trial, without judgement, on the authority of that monument of integrity, the UP Police. What do you like about just this one campaign of UP?
Yogi hasn't snatched any minorities rights in UP since he became PM.
When he kills individuals from the minority, when entire riots are foisted onto them, when they are tried for the very defence of the people whom the state abandoned, when the minority community is harrassed at every turn, what does it even mean to say that he snatched no minority rights? After an act of rape, what is the point of showing that the rapist had worn clean freshly laundered underwear?

But a couple of years ago they wanted to remove "Secular" and "Socialist" from the introduction to our Constitution.
They should be removed as they were not in the original constitution .
But more importantly they were introduced during the emergency , an undemocratic exercise .
After the constituent assembly debates the framers of our constitution decided against adding those terms . And those terms should only be added after a debate in the parliament , and with a 2/3rd majority's vote .

Too late.

I had my id traced back, and my phone number discovered. Unfortunately, the poor fools who then sought to harrass me did not know that my handset had been confiscated by a member of PDF whose access to state power is enormous and immediate.

They never had the opportunity of repeating that error again.

That PDF member has extended a protective penumbra ever since then.

However, I will do as you say, asap.

Nobody knows how many died and how many are still missing from these protests.

Sir, I think you didn't read the documents on Demonetisation, Refale, 370article, NRC and CAA. Its clear lack of understanding.
Supreme Court has already given clean chit for Refale.
Demonetisation is a matter of long debate.
370 was not permanent article according to constitution itself.
CAA is for immigrants minorities from Neighbor countries, suffered religious persecution. Whats wrong in it?

NRC has not been drafted yet, and here you already judging it.

The killings of rationalists and secularist intellectuals, as the culmination of a long campaign to impugn them and their work;

Yeah, four of them assassinated.

Preferably change your browser to TOR urgently.

According to Wikipedia the Tor browser is 55-75 MB big and there is this text :
Tor does not prevent an online service from determining that it is being accessed through Tor. Tor protects a user's privacy, but does not hide the fact that someone is using Tor. Some websites restrict allowances through Tor. For example, Wikipedia blocks attempts by Tor users to edit articles unless special permission is sough
I don't think governments will find it impossible to find a certain user and apply hardware-based decryption logic using FPGA racks to the packets encrypted by Tor. About the size of the program, I just don't trust it.

OK, thanks.

They should be removed as they were not in the original constitution .
But more importantly they were introduced during the emergency , an undemocratic exercise .

What is your objection to "Secular" and "Socialist" ? Do you not want a progressive society ?

O Bhai you guys are just dissenters of BJP-RSS not some wanted people who merit a data analysis at state level, so TOR is good enough much better than those crappy spyware chrome, edge, IE and firefox.

Over the years I had done some really nasty stuff on the web, but being proactive is better.

For the other part you need to compile it yourself but in order to find how Govt could manipulate TOR you have to explore dark web and know people. That is why the offer for private discussion.

Perhaps lack of sympathy, but certainly not lack of understanding. :-)

Supreme Court has already given clean chit for Refale.

The Supreme Court also intervened in the formation of the Assam Register of Citizens, with disastrous results; it intervened in the Ram Mandir case, finally ignoring the felony committed in breaking into the mosque with official connivance, and ignoring the decrepit testimony of an archaeologist who, with all his learning mustered for the purpose, was only able to say that some remains that might be those of a Hindu temple were found below the mosque building; they converted the sensitive and dangerous situation into an equally sensitive, and even more dangerous one by converting it into a simple land dispute.

Do you have any explanation for the bizarre disparity between the prices reached in the MMRCA competition and the prices agreed in this special deal, where the prime beneficiary was to have been, not the Indian Air Force, but an Anil Ambani group company with ZERO previous experience in defence production?

Demonetisation is a matter of long debate.

It was never, ever debated. Not once.

370 was not permanent article according to constitution itself.

The controversy was never about the permanency or temporary nature of Art. 370; the controversy was over the blatantly illegal way in which the BJP rode roughshot over the legal situation.

CAA is for immigrants minorities from Neighbor countries, suffered religious persecution. Whats wrong in it?

It opens the door wide open for using the NRC as a disabling tool for the minorities; from the Assam experience, a huge number of people will be unable to produce legally tenable proof of residence or proof of citizenship, they will be kept out of the citizenship of the country, and, using the CAA for the others, the hallowed few, the minority Muslims will be pitchforked out of their citizenship.

NRC has not been drafted yet, and here you already judging it.

Ingenuousness is not a very worthy defence.

This is all hoax you trapped in. There is no proof, Yogi killed any minority. Sir, don't just blame anything on anyone without proof. I will take it only a political motivated rant.

So for you, now Supreme Court is also Shanghi! ufff.

If fascism ever comes to India it will come from the Left side of the spectrum.

Their are clear proofs in modern Indian Polity for that.

Preamble was changed during emergency when congress was in power.

The objection of the left is not about fascism but why they cant do "it" anymore and its hilarious.
