Chinese company hands over Allai Khwar power project to WAPDA

ISLAMABAD: Chinese Dongfang Electric Corporation has formally handed over the operations of one-hundred and twenty-one megawatts Allai Khwar hydropower project to Water and Power Development Authority.

The power project situated in Batgram district on the tributary of Sindh River‚ has been completed in seven and a half years at a cost of 13.8 billion rupees.

The Chinese company had earlier successfully completed 1‚450 megawatts Ghazi Barotha power house‚ 96 megawatt Jinnah hydropower project in Kalabagh and 72 megawatts Khan Khwar hydropower project in Shangla.
 
Has it already been inaugurated? How come we didnt hear about this project on the news? Adding 121MW is a decent amount yet no news.

Good news nation need some positive things all the day media report negative things is there any report about completion of more projects near future if you have knowledge so please share details thanks
 
Why is there more media coverage on the selection of the new Taliban terrorist then ? :what: About time , they get their priorities right .
