What's new

China deployed J-20 jets powered by WS-10C engines to keep Taiwan's F-16 jets at bay and keep peace in Taiwan strait

You know the capabilities of Tejas better than any Chinese or Pakistanis.

Second i met a Pratt and Whitney design engineer in Canada and guess what he said every engine is pretty much an improvement of the last one. No company tries to re-invent the wheel.

As long as the Chinese get the metallurgy right all is well, even if it's just "a copy"

Not only metallurgy is important but the forging technique as well. Design is also very important.

Your global times told that JF 17 is a plane of present ehile Tejas is a plane for future.

Ya, ws 10. An attempt to reverse engineer Al31 which failed miserably.
It means Tejas makers would always say Tejas will do this will have that but won't be able to deliver just will be promise for dumb sanghis aka living in future

In wet dreams

Jf17 is already operational and improving

Ooo really a plane of the future? So means only fully operational in 2050?lol.
tejas was always a plane of future. Always under development.
Exactly its a plane of the Future. Lol

You keep believing it and we shall keep deploying it.

Or 1971 victory of Pakistan???

That not my claim. You can tell this to global times. This is what they say.

we utilize our time to give nightmare to our enemies.

That is called continual improvement. F 18 follows this approach.
Pretty shameful that country 10x smaller is holding half of kashmir and required local militia and civil war for india to win any war..
If 1971 is india standarad for sucess then God help you

This surely must be a response to Taiwan deploying F-16V.

PLAAF again has air-superiority against Taiwan.

Wonder whether Taiwan will be offered F-35A to compensate.

It is not said by makers of Tejas but the country that makes JF-17.

Look at this RSS monkey getting owned LOL

Your masters noted your loyalty. Your cheerleading drew attention.

No it is not India's succes but it is pakistan's success. Pakistan wanted to get rid of Bengalis which they did.

Not incorrect indeed. Indian LCA will probably be accepted by the IAf after another 35 years. Currently it's being shoved down the IAF throat by Modi. IAF doesn't know which role it can take reliably. No one knows that.

I think Indian air force chief phoned you to inform this to you.

It is supposed to be a light weight, inexpensive fighter than replaces the Mig-21 but instead costs 50 million dollars per plane, can't shoot BVR missiles when it first entered service with only 16 production aircraft delivered.

It's certainly not cheap when Tejas radar, engine, missiles, avionics are all imported without a single Indian component.

When was BVR fired from JF 17?
