Iran's Mullahs actually view transgender individuals as having a (for lack of a better word that I can recall) disease. Providing State sponsored sex-realignment surgery and complete correction of birth certificates/ education/ passports/ etc.

IMO if iran government is taking this corrective action for those who are born with gender abnormality, they are doing something good. Giving them an identity rather then letting the loitering on roads as third gender not acceptable in society. (as per practice of subcontinent) In far east things are different.

errr, this person wants to be legally recognized as a male, but still wants to bare children? I would not want to be that kid, it will probably be a difficult childhood, unless the parents can shelter the child from ridicule. No consideration for the child from these selfish individuals.
