Banyan tree under arrest in Pakistan for 100 years

Jahiliyat ki intaha.
Ashwariya ray got married to tree after long dispute of divorce they arrested the tree and hand Ashwariya to abhi. :)

for god sake guys don't act like isis (advocating the destruction of every historical site that don't have Muslim connection to it). this is historical site and should be preserved.

WTF!
This is actually quite sad, this shows that the slave complex has yet to leave the sub-continent even after the British have long gone.

This is memory of slavery .. chains to be destroyed immediately or must be used to show our childerns that how british rulers treated us ...

The British left this piece of land in 1947....so why the heck Pakistanis did not release the tree of this abomination?

That's another evidence that we are mentally slave even after 70 years and 2 generations born since the physical freedom.

Pakistanis don't realise that such images make them a laughing stock for rest of the world and they complain " oh international media portrays us bad ...uuaaannn uaann"

Slave mentality continue to simmer in the minds of Pakistani elite.

WTF!

"The tree is a constant reminder of injustice and unfair laws," said another resident.

Tree should be kept chained as part of history and tourist attraction. What's the problem with people coming to place and learn about the deeds of British Raj???

I agree but then it should be advertised to the world so ... i am very fond of reading history but its the first time i came to know about this ...

We should keep memory of this to our society specially to those Pakistanis who always condemn Pakistan on every occasion ...

Its bizarre, and acts as a reminder of how cruel the British could have been.

If we remove/destroy it then what will we achieve?

It should be remained as it is to make a laughing stock of gora people
