The ONLY thing that matter is the INDIAN CONSTITUTION and that says kashmiris are Indians.

No one in the whole world, especially Kashmiris, consider Kashmir to be Indian.

The schizophrenic ramblings of the Indian constitution have no bearing on reality.

To prevent this think to happen again, Indian response should be brutal. Indian Security forces should level the houses, villages whoever linked any means to this kind of soft target.

They already burn civilian houses down with women and children inside and claim they're militant bases. What more do you want them to do?
