USA, Canada, EU, Japan, South Korea, Australia, NZ are the dominant bloc. Add in countries like Taiwan, India, Mexico. It becomes overwhelming

BRICS will not add many countries, the same like G7, BRICS will be the club of heavy weight emerging economies as G7 is the club of heavy weight developed Western country + Japan. From Indian media source, BRICS will only add additional 5 countries.

All countries in BRICS I believe have the same mind that it will be dangerous to keep USD as it is Today. We can see what US can do to Russia by using their USD dominance power.

BRICS was supposed to be the centre of economic growth.

Brazil, Russia, SA and China are growing very slowly.

And India back to Hindu rate of growth.

India is thwarting frictionless trade within BRICS as it will benefit efficient Chinese businesses.

India doesn’t want another pro Chinese country in the group.

The group should kick out India then, it doesn't fit in the group, it doesn't want BRICS expansion to include countries such as Saudi. India thinks BRICS is its own block then, it has veto power over any BRICS agenda, lol.

Dollar is not going anywhere anytime soon, neither is US or western power declining. China led global economy is a mirage not worth following as of now. Also our economy depends on exports to the west. There is no point joining any other group at the moment.
