We dont have separate entity for biological crisis and natural disaster its assigned to armed forces and thats why they have good budget

its not that way. the simple fact is that all the civil organisations have sufficient budget but they are highly corrupt. all of them without any exception. ya sirf aik bahana hay k fauj ko fund zada milta hay. just look at the equipment which our military operates. most of it should have been in museums as per western standards. obsolete but the military is doing better. i dont say that they are flawless but still the award of "andhon main kana raja" goes to military. baki to aisay log hain her idaray main k aisay lagta hay k inhon nay kabhi marna hay he nahi. hadd say zada baysharam.
this year locust attacks are also expected. greater then last year. ab tiddian be fauj he maray ge. civilian beth k haramkhori karain gay, media walay fauj ki karwae per criticize karain gay or saray haramkhor mulk ka khon chos rahay hon gay.
just see this https://www.dawn.com/news/1542066/sc-restores-arshad-malik-as-pia-chief
ab kahan say aa gae arshad malik ka pass "required" qualification? arshad malik should continue only in PAF and let these judges and politician mafia handle this PIA crisis.

Civil administration did prevent dengue, polio on their own. Its easy to criticize civilian administration who have limited budget and hyper active judiciary which continuously meddles in administrative matters. Above all, political interference makes job even worse.

Military does help in their respective countries as well but it is taken as routine and not used as an excuse to malign civilian institutions. For your further information, Chief Secretary, Punjab and Secretary, Primary healthcare secretary, Punjab as well as Chief Secretary Balochistan are ex army men. How they get into civil service is another debate. But, if these ex military men are calling the military then who is to blame?

i think civil govt should take responsibility as army has not much capacity to provide medical service to whole public, already they hardly fulfill medical needs of army officials and families of retired personnel and if you visit army hospitals in normal days they are very much crowded and it takes longer time to get appointment with doctor

Agreed. CMH has to cater for mostly military and ex military personnel and families whereas civilian hospitals bear the brunt of medical cases pertaining to 200 million population of this country and with limited staff, facilities and budget; they need to improvise and provide out of box solutions to overcome this Corona threat. After all Chinese did it in Wuhan and their medical staff received a military salute on their efforts today.

army alone cant fight at all fronts. i am praying to Allah to keep our countrymen and military men save from this disease. military men live in barracks and if God forbid if anyone of them gets the disease then it may spread in the military and defence of the country may get compromised.

Pakistan is the most strategically complex region in the world and it is impossible to rule by civilian Governments,it is too soft to the nature of this region. The military always brought the nation “back on track", while civilian governments derailed it. Pakistan’s military is a central actor in many of today’s most pressing security challenges, and few institutions face such extreme pressures from such diverse forces. Pak Army Zindabad , Pakistan Paindbad.
