The Chinese government, and only the Chinese government is responsible for all of the deaths due to Covid 19 outside China. Inside China, perhaps it was an accident. Chinese deaths are, perhaps, an accident of nature or human negligence. Outside China, the Chinese Government is responsible for all of it, all of the death suffered by the world's other 180 nations.

No. The amount of damage to America is incalculable. There's no way a strategist would willingly do this to "reset" anything because the probability of empire collapse is very large.

The most probable explanation is a biological attack by the us regime backfired horribly.
