In this topic you write a alternate history for your nation or any nation you want and you can comment on others alternate history you can start from any era the alternate history must have logic ( don't talk about Space ships and laser guns this alternate history not future )
so i will start
Tunisia after independence the new government spend lot money in education ( more than in RL ) and health and encourage small businesses and small factories ( clothes , food ... ) so that Tunisia become self sufficient and that was the policy that was followed by most of governments until the 80s the government make a new policy that they stop facilitating the building of small factories because they are too many of them and facilitate the building of heavy industries factories ( cars , ships , planes , machinery .... ) and information technology industry so that Tunisia became a new industrialized nation because of the new policy they called "Towards Industrial State " and then in 2000 Tunisian economy was booming so the president declare that Tunisia is a new industrialized nation and he say to keep this Industrial power from envious eyes he say we must have a strong army so he call for a new policy called " the stronger the safer " and he say that the equipment and vehicles and planes and naval ships are must be manufactured in our factories and so all Tunisian manufacturers start competing each other and making partnership with American and European companies and so in 2003 new Tunisian equipment and vehicles are being used by the army and sold to other Arab armies then in 2005 the president accept the Project of linking Shatt al-Jerid with Mediterranean Sea and in 2007 he make new policy called " A better environment for our children " and in this policy all vehicles ( cars , trucks ) that use Fuel must turn to H2 fuel or Bio-diesel or electric and building a large solar thermal plant and build more wind turbines for electricity and the usage of energy saving electronics appliances and in 2008 the new president say that Tunisia must have a bigger role in the Arab world and in the Mediterranean region and so in summer 2008 he call that the Arab league must renamed into Parliament of the Arab Peoples and new HQ is in Tunis It is a building component pentagonal shaped hall and the middle circular shaped table with 22-seat and cameras for TV channels with obligation of live feed so that people know what there representative say and room for a press conference and a closed meeting hall for war and security issue but Egypt don't accept Tunisia proposal and say it is ridiculous and cost lot of money then in 2010 the president launches the first Tunisian made destroyer and he call that day is the day of Tunisian naval power return in 2011 Libyan civil war starts and Tunisia opens her border for refuges ( like in RL ) but Gaddafi say that Tunisia trains rebels so he launch scud but he fall in desert after Gaddafi regime fall in August 2011 new Libyan government call for Arab peacekeepers in the Arab league but it fails because no Arab nation is ready to send here troops to Libya but in summer 2012 Libya call again for Arab peacekeepers but because of insecurity in Libya and death of Egyptian and the kidnap of other Arab ambassadors this time the Arab league accept to send peacekeepers and so Egypt and Tunisia and Algeria send a three hundred thousand soldier force to eliminate all terrorist groups and to rebuild Libyan army
