The generation that fought the Soviets valiantly were trained by Pakistan, the current NIDO generation in Afghanistan has let all its backers down. The Indians are receiving a lot of flak from us, would love to share some stuff from the SM.

Modi is a chai wala. He is incapable of understanding international politics.

While PMIK is Oxford educated in philosophy, politics and economics.

Afghanistan's 'acting' president Amrullah Saleh has fled to Tajikistan amid increasing heat from the Taliban, claimed the insurgent group on Friday. The Taliban said he fled with commanders of Panjshir in two planes yesterday.

The report of Saleh fleeing Afghanistan has come a day after he claimed that the Panjshir-based resistance against the Taliban will continue to defend the rights of all Afghan citizens.

Following his reported exit from the country, Saleh took to his Twitter handle and highlighted the harrowing experiences of the people of Panjshir.

He said, "Talibs have blocked humanitarian access to Panjshir, do racial profile of travelers, use military age men of Panjhsir as mine clearance tools walking them on mine fields, have shut phone, electricity & not allow medicine either. People can only carry small amount of cash."

"Over the past 23 years since start of the Emergency Hospital we never blocked Talib access to it. Talibs are committing war crimes & have zero respect for IHL. We call on UN & world leaders to take notice of this clear criminal & terrorist behavior of the Talibs," he added.

In another tweet, Saleh said, "Resistance is the nom de guerre of everyone here. RESISTANCE."

As per sources, Saleh, along with Ahmad Masoud - the son of famous Afghan commander Ahmad Shah Masoud - another leader of the resistance, had been posing a challenge to the Taliban's leaders from Panjshir.

However, that challenge is likely to wane in the coming days as Saleh and several commanders of Panjshir have fled the crisis-hit nation.

Yesterday, the Taliban said that it has killed 34 members and captured 11 checkpoints of the Afghan resistance forces in the northern Panjshir province.

Earlier today, former Afghanistan president Hamid Karzai in a statement asked the Taliban and the "resistance front" in Panjshir to stop the fighting and resolve their issues through talks.

According to Ahmad Massoud’s forces, Al-Qaeda has joined the Taliban in the group’s offensive on the Panjshir valley.

The Indians hopes were raised to the sky, in the end selected the wrong horse again.

India bet on Soviets and lost while Pakistan bet on the US and won

India bet on Northern Alliance and lost while Pakistan bet on Taliban and won

India bet on Iran/Chabahar and lost while Pakistan bet on China/BRI/CPEC and won

Indian bet on US/ANA and lost while Pakistan bet on China/Taliban and won

India always bet on the wrong horse and they lose while Pakistan always wins.

Given the state Pakistan is in, their bets really worked out🤣

From taliban eliminated to Kabul couldn't fall to panjsher gonna take over Kabul in due time , none of the indian claims survived even to see the daylight. #startegicdurghatna

He is talking about International not national, saying that Modi has been the worst choice the Indians have done in 74 years.
Maybe you should read what he said. Should I rephrase it for you, he's saying India always bet on the wrong horse.
Whatever Modi is doing, the amount of times Pakistanis advise Indians he's a wrong choice, makes me wonder. Wrong choice for Pakistanis? With or without Modi & BJP India's policies wrt Pakistan is the same as it was during congress, BJP guys loves the grandstanding and that's why they attempted overtures be it AB Vajpayee or Modi, for making a mark in history, but neither of them knew the way to deal with you lot is what is being followed now, as it was followed since 2011.

For Indians, he's wrong choice? Only time will tell, so far his policies regarding economy as well as diplomatic relationships were neutral ignoring few ripples.

This is where India started to lose a lot. Contrary to the Indian conspiracy theories about the Brits/West created Pakistan as a 'check' on India's future rise, the Brits/West had to leave the Subcontinent eventually and in a rush after WW II. However, India's early leaders, especially Nehru, were more into 'socialist' ideology then into real geo politics. Otherwise, the West had courted India a lot from the beginning and despite Pakistan's proximity to the USSR, India would be a 'strategic partner'. But Nehru and subsequent Indian leaders--all the way till BJP came to power around early 1990s--blundered and blundered. India had the 'Hindu Rate of Growth' for most of its history while Pakistan, even under Zulfi Bhutto years, was more prosperous.

India paid a huge price to be with the losers of history while Pakistan prospered economically AND militarily all the way from 1947 through the 1980s, much with the Western help. Why? Because Pakistanis were pragmatic and HAD to be pragmatic, which, on international politics, Indians were not.

BUT... India did have a crucial advantage: Political stability far better than Pakistan had. Pakistan lost TWO decades of progress: From 1989-1999 and then from about 2006/7-2015, roughly speaking.

But with the unfolding seemingly favorable geopolitical situation for Pakistan, I foresee a prosperous Pakistan ahead.

As for Modi--to me he seems better for the Indian economy then the corrupt Congress Party but then that's just my gut feeling only.
