This incident is a true depiction of an immature so called judge...they are so afraid of death that they cant even give decision on any T's case and they call themselves mighty lords !!!...
they should understand that we also have the judges now...free from fear of death...moreover a case MUST be filed against the said judge in military court for creating turmoil and challenging SOPs of SFs.

Yesterday around 1800 hrs a high court judge namely Ikramul haq came in his car along with escort at Bannu cantt gate to go to circuit house. As per SOP he was stopped at gate for verification n clearance as no adv intimation of his arr was made. After 45 seconds the gate inch went to tell him that now you are clear to go in, the mighty judge came out of the car n said " you go n fight on border, if blast occurred v ll be the sufferer, I don't want to talk to you I ll talk to your Comd". The mighty judge stopped his car n escort at the same very site thus blocking the cantt rd n gate n left by foot. He also sent notice to Bde Comd to appear before him n clarify the sit.

I don't know why notices and orders contain words like Honorable, Lordship blah blah?

Where is the honor in travelling with an escort of police that is being paid by the tax money of common Pakistanis? What the fck. These bullshit judges should be dragged on the streets of Pakistan because they have failed miserably to do their job i.e. serve justice and enjoy unnecessary perks even after when they have retired.

And in this particular case his honorable arse should have respected himself that nobody is above rules, if a common man can stop at the gate for security check and clearance everyone else including General Sbs should stop.
