can anyone clear what it is?is it a carbine or bull-pup? why in the hell it has two triggers?whats its purpose?is it in service?

An early prototype of INSAS bull-pup that wasn't developed further.

I believe the 2 triggers are interconnected. The 2nd one in front to used when the gun is used in CQB
