I am sure USA including NATOs have huge MANPADs and ATGM Missiles in their inventory which are of no use as they are old one. Also there are many Guns and other wepons too which they can eaily give to the Syrian Freedom Fighters that can really help them in gaining control of their own area.
NATO should look in to this matter seriously as well as of Mayanmar too.. Both of them need help.
