So you think Beijing being further away from border than Delhi, makes it safer. As long as you don't mistake it as SCS here, there is no need to take it as FP 2.0.

It will definitely more safer, with the introduction of S-400, Modi and your 4 stars generals will have to ask China for permission to land on your capital city...what can you do about Beijing? dream of your Agni 5??

Why would China attack into Ladakh though?

Our conventional rocket artillery has a range of 350-400+ km, we can basically shell anything we want while sitting in our own territory at the top of the Tibetan plateau. New Delhi for instance is only 300 km from the border with China.

But as long as there is no Forward Policy 2.0 then there is no need for that.

How do you plan to fire them over Himalayas? Does laws of Physics work differently in China?

And one more thing (this one from Geography). You do not have flat plains (or even a plateau) facing Delhi, but Karakoram range (on your side). You could not bring your artillery even 100m close to your border, theoretically (Practically it would be stupid as it would lead to slaughter of whole Artilley brigade as they would be exposed in a terrain where not even a blade of grass grows).

Except that you have a 6000m (avg) high and 400 Km thick wall in front of you. You could neither see anything across it (using even best Radar in the world). You could not fire anthying across it, except Ballistic missiles.

This is Physics101 (unless you subscribe to Middle Kingdom Physics).

Take Geography101 course, and then a high school Physics course describing projectile motion. Apart from borrowing some spatial IQ to imaging the path that a rocket would have to take to hit Indian positions.

HAhaha..I expect you to say that, Chinese BP-12A GPS guided rockets, good enough to defy your physic law :lol:

Chinese Physics probably follows different laws ;)

 See, this is what I mean by "Chinese/Middle kindom Physics".

Only Chinese are daft enough to think that a rocket with a putative range of 400 Km could strike at 400 Km in all terrain. Your Rocket has to achieve an altitude of over 6000m in order to get over Himalyan range, and has to do this is a flatter trajectory as this mountain range is not just a km or two, but hundreds of km thick.

A rocket fired towards India would harmlessly crash into mountains in-front of it.

Oh thank you we are super scared....lol
How many fishing boats you attacked today...slaughtered innocent fishermen...mighty china!!

Nice try to divert the discussion when you don't have arguments, you Indians are so predictable.

Not all terrain are 6k km high and thick wall as you claimed, if we design the rocket specially to fit India, our engineer surely know which path will be the most optimum to deliver it to New Delhi.

You are half right. Not all terrain is 6000m high (it is average). The one facing Delhi is 7000m high and 350 Km thick. Himalyan range's average height is reduced to around 6000m due to low altitude Eastern Himalaya (4000m average height), else it is pretty much a solid wall with average height of around 7000m and numerous peaks being 8000m+.

And don't forget Karakoram range on your side which is also 6000+ m high on average.

You are wrong about your Engineers having a brain ,if they designed this (or any other rocket) for India (I think they had Taiwan in mind anyway when designing it). These two things are mutually exclusive.

You forget to mention the 6K km high is from sea level, Tibet plateau close to India is already at 4k km level, so the difference is only 2k km, our rockets will be able to cross easily this barrier. And don't forget, India terrain is lower, click and zoom in the map, you can see how close New Delhi to China.
