Petrol price: $0.03 a litre
Venezuela which has the cheapest rate for petrol, has the world's largest proven oil reserves. It beat Saudi Arabia's for the first time according to the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. Some analysts place the overall cost to Venezuela's economy of maintaining such low petrol prices (through subsidies and loss of taxation) at around £13bn. That's more than double its education and health budgets.

Holy mother of god!

ALL Muslim nations except one? lmao

When it says cheapest oil price does it mean per litre/gallon whatever the consideration there is and this definitely would be within the country? if so except Venezuela data other ones don't show the subsidies involved do they? also most of the oil producing nations aren't into refineries, so what happens on that front and the costs involved is another angle.

Most of these countries are deserts, portray them as such. Qatar is a gem, few areas of green rest is all desert wasteland

Bloody hell! That's nothing!
