Makes no difference, the JF-17 programme will go a long way with or without them and will reach a high level of potency in the coming years. Having said this, would be nice to have the Saudis on board, for various reasons - just be meticulous & read between the lines.

Offer to KSA is of manufacturing facility and trust it would be quite customized too.

even if they wanted to, the Americans wont allow that....i dont think Saudis would sacrifice anything that would involve reduction in authorized transferable weapons systems which the yanks can offer.....i dont see this deal happening at all

Generally saudis use petro dollars as their single foreign policy tool. it will come with strings attached. Like backing their yemen assault etc. Better sell Myanmar and Srilanka as your production capability grows. Block3 if has improved ew suite, towed decoys and semi stealth measures like f18 can be sold anywhere with affordable price while most 5gens remain as tech demonstrators.

I really don't think they will move from US or Europe, they only need Pakistani men to die for them , which will not happen anytime soon, however it would be good for our aircraft industry if they get in

Saudis interested in JF-17s? Really???

Saudis can buy F-15s and Typhoons with cash, no credit required. If they have such access to high technology why would they even bother buying a JF-17?
