Pakistan has created a false govt. of so called azad Kashmir which is directly under Pakistan govt. but Pakistan has not done anything to safeguard the rights of Kashmiri in Azad Kashmir. what i mean is that nowadays the Azad Kashmir is full with Punjabi Sunni Muslims form Punjab province of Pakistan who pledge their allegiance to Pakistan and the native Kashmiri in Azad Kashmir are almost migrated to other parts. On the other hand India did everything to safeguard rights of Kashmiri with introduction of article 370. Pakistan now cannot guarantee the originality of the voters from Azad Kashmir in case of plebiscite. I mean IF there are no original voters from Azad Kashmir then what actually voting is worth of?

Summary of the thread....Pakistan wants to solve the issue of jammu and kashmir through UN resolutions.i.e.Pakistan wants a plebiscite in whole jammu and kashmir(azad and occupied by india) but its INDIA which doesnot want to hold a plebiscite.On the other hand India holds the occupied kashmir saying that it is an integral part of india which is not right (Kashmir is more linked to pakistan than india on the base of religion,culture,language,traditions,art,literature,etc)
So now,its up to u (members) to decide why did kashmir did not see a solution.

Indian is controlling through remote control the occupied Kashmir through puppet govt. directly through occupied forces, why International media is not allowed in Indian held occupied Kashmir?
why Kashmir restricted from celebrations of their religious ceremonies through carfue ?
700,000 occupied Indian forces what are doing in Held Kashmir ?
Why India is trying to change the demography of Kashmiri population ?
Crude attempt of article 370 to give dummy protection of illegal occupation ?

Why are you still hiding your irritation behind your counter questions?
The thread is about plebiscite, right?
Now tell me, how is this possible when Pakistan has done irreversible changes in Azad Kashmir. And IAK has it's own government whether you blame anything, It is free of any influenence. OTOH Azad Kashmir govt is directly under Islamabad's control. Why such hypocrisy?
And please answer me the point no 2. How does plebiscite happen?
Now please do not counter question me. Just answer me. Plain and simple.

india considers the whole of kashmir as intergral part of india. no country would have a plebiscite in the part that it considers its own...so where is question of cowardice arise?

As far as the Azad Kashmir is concerned,

- The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council is a supreme body consisting of 11 members, six from the government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and five from the government of Pakistan. Its chairman/chief executive is the president of Pakistan. Other members of the council are the president and the prime minister of Azad Kashmir. You see that, out of 11 members, 5 are pakistani and 1 is Pakistan's president. As far as others are concerned, only those people are allowed to contest in election there who are pro-Pakistani. election candidates are prescreened to ensure that only those who support Kashmir?s union with Pakistan can contest elections. Anyone who wants to take part in public life in Azad Kashmir has to sign a pledge of loyalty to Pakistan, while anyone who publicly supports or peacefully works for an independent Kashmir faces persecution. There is a façade of an elected local government, but the federal government in Islamabad, the army and the intelligence agencies control all aspects of political life in Azad Kashmir.The military shows no tolerance for dissent and practically runs the region as a fiefdom. See how free the govt in Azad Kashmir is? The so called AZAD KASHMIR is not really azad you know.

As far as the irreversible changes in Azad Kashmir is concerned, I am referring to demographic changes.
