anything about it's specification
range & detection system through (ASW platforms /satellities)

plus (IMO) land based torpedos looks little absurd

WS-3 400mm long-range rocket, can fire 100 km range rocket torpedoes. GPS inertia, Compatible GLONASS system, the maximum range is 400 km.

If Iran has this weapon, it will help you to deter against the threat from the Virginia class SSNs.

BTW, I think Iran will simply take the idea and produce by itself, am I right?

The Beidou navigation system is for PLA itself, while this toy for other nations can support either by the GPS or Glonass.

PLA will also be using this system. Even Pakistan using this system can log on beidou2 for guidance. China don't need US GPS or glonass unless if China is going to invade Europe or US.

If the customers wanna switch to GPS or Glonass, then they will have the choice to do that, but the default navigation system should be Beidou.

BTW, Beidou will reach the global coverage by 2020.

Precisely but I am just surprise beidou2 is not mention and since its a Chinese weapon. Let us take pride in China product, too obsess with foreign made item is no good.

for example drones armed with anti sub weapons !

Fotros 2 which is not unveiled yet in sea patrolling version Will be able to do the job !

Of course, the Chinese government fully trusts Beidou, and they are trying to promote it as much as they can.

It is those editors who wrote down these craps. These editors are mostly pro-West and have very little knowledge about the military.

It is a shame that they are still using those military illiterates to become the military magazine editors instead of the true patriotic Chinese military enthusiasts.

Interesting. I wonder if the PLAN will somehow make a ship-employed vertical launch torpedo for their 052Ds, like the USNs ASROC.
