Indian media has created an impression that the police in Kashmir is very pro-India and is serving India even better than the army and para-military forces. But my Kerala friend whose relative is a soldier who is serving/has served in Kashmir says that Kashmir police is not good. That means they are sympathetic to militants (can't use the word terrorist on PDF or else I may be banned). Who is correct?
