You guys are able to point out just 1 out of more than 100 I posted. I admited and urge forum members to Ignore that picture also. However, it seems that you guys have nothing else to contribute to this forum so either you you do sarcasm or post fake pictures or troll on same topic again and again. It seem that you have no other pictures of shanghai except few to post here. Butt hurt gang shall remain as it is. When serious discussion starts, they always run away and troll. All know what sort of troll you are and henceforth you will also be ignored like the false flag Idot was ignored few post ago.

You've posted these same pictures of Nigeria already.

Seriously thick skin?
You ought to be ashamed.

Who would have thought Manmohan Singh was trolling China when he declared Mumbai would surpass Shanghai by 2009. As it turned out, Mumbai was already lightyears ahead of Shanghai!

You ought to be ashamed.

Let's put this into proper perspective. MULUBJA doesn't have thick skin by Indian standards. Arvind Kejriwal has truly thick skin.

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/...ike-london-in-a-year/articleshow/57483441.cms

New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal promised in an emotive politically-charged speech to give city’s civic management a makeover and make it like London’s within one year if Aam Aadmi Party wins the upcoming municipal polls that are likely to be held in April.

Kejriwal said that his fight against the Centre has been a struggle to make way for the common people. He also attacked BJP in the municipal corporation and Congress, which was in power for fifteen years under Sheila Dikshit.

He said municipal bodies have failed to keep the city clean while addressing a public rally in Uttam Nagar.

“They say Kejriwal fights a lot. Yes I do, but not for my wife or children. I fight for your rights. So you tell me, should I fight or not?” said Kejriwal.

He cited his fight to get the increase in minimum wages for unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled labour approved by the LG after it was rejected last year.

The CM said that his government was helpless regarding sanitation as this is the primary responsibility of the corporations. "The last time, the people of Delhi gave us a historic 67 out of 70 seats in assembly polls. Now, in the civic polls, give AAP all 272 wards to weed out corruption in the corporations. If AAP gets control, I promise to clean up Delhi like never before," Kejriwal said.

Kejriwal highlighted education and health as the key sectors where Delhi government has managed to steer change in the form of improved infrastructure and quality. He attributed the positive outcome to the crackdown on corruption.

"Before AAP came to power, the government didn't carry out sewer works in unauthorised colonies. But we changed that as human beings live even in these colonies. Apart from laying sewers, we are working on regularisation. We sent the file to the Centre a year ago, but decision on it has been delayed. The high court has ordered the Centre to speed up the matter," Kejriwal said.

Comparing the power rates in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh with Delhi, he said they were the lowest in the capital. "We haven't allowed power tariffs to go up since we came to power. Why are BJP and Congress not able to do it in the states ruled by them? We have gone to Supreme Court for the audit of discoms and are hopeful for a positive outcome. If the accountability of discoms is fixed and the losses accounted for, then power rates will reduce further," the CM said.

This is like Nigeria 10 years ago. Why are you deliberately trying to insult Mumbai?

People are out to destroy Kejriwal with a mission financed by Ambanis:

Delhi will be as clean as London, Kejriwal clarifies - Hindustan Times

He said clean as London, he did not say he would duplicate Delhi as London.

Will Delhi be as clean as London in one year?

This simply mean that we always strive for better and do not hide the rality like this.

Thirteen of the 20 most polluted cities in the world are Indian

Delhi is the reigning king of polluted cities in the world, of that there is little doubt. So grimy is its air today that there are calls for closure of schools when pollution levels are particularly harmful. According to a recent World Health Organization report, the capital has six times the levels of airborne particulate matter than are considered safe. Other cities in the country are only slightly better off.

The same WHO report reveals that 13 of the 20 most polluted cities in the world are in India.

The report ranked cities after studying their air for the presence of harmful gases, such as nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide and sulphur dioxide, besides particulate matter 10 and 2.5.

Particulate matter (or small airborne particles) is among the most detrimental of these pollutants. Studies link it with increased rates of chronic bronchitis, lung cancer and heart disease.

“Particles smaller than 10 micrometres in diameter pose the greatest threat to human health,” said Anumita Roychowdhury, executive director at the Centre of Science and Environment. “They can not only get deep into a person’s lungs but can also enter the blood stream.”

Smaller particles
The WHO advises that fine particles of less than 2.5 micrometres in diameter (PM2.5) should not exceed 10 micrograms per cubic metre. At the top of the WHO ranking, Delhi had 153 micrograms of PM2.5 per cubic metre. Not far behind were Patna with 149 micrograms, Gwalior with 144 micrograms and Raipur with 134 micrograms. The other Indian cities in the list included Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Firozabad, Amritsar and Ludhiana.

Of the seven non-Indian cities in the rankings, three were from Pakistan. Karachi had 117 micrograms of PM2.5 per cubic metre, Peshawar had 111 micrograms, and Rawalpindi had 107 micrograms.

Bigger particles
Though airborne particulate matter between 2.5 and 10 micrometers in diameter (called PM10) are less hazardous than their smaller cousins, they are nevertheless harmful. In Delhi, according to the WHO report released in May, PM10 levels stood at 486 micrograms per cubic metre. In Gwalior, the levels were 329 micrograms and in Raipur 305 micrograms.

Lucknow (219 micrograms), Firozabad (219 micrograms), Kanpur (212 micrograms), Amritsar (210 micrograms) and Ludhiana (207 micrograms) also feature on the list.

Asian cities
Compared to other major cities in Central and Southeast Aisa, Delhi is way ahead on the list.
